Anne Rodgers-Rhyme is the founding partner of Rodgers Rhyme Associates. She brings over 25 years of experience in helping clients in private business, the public sector and higher education.  Most recently she led the Industry Partnerships effort to implement regional sector strategies for the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. Industry Partnerships brings employers together to determine needed skill training for workers that enhance the competitive position of key industries and provide career opportunities for employees. As the lead consultant for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Anne provided strategic facilitation and project management for a major systems change effort involving the modernization of Wisconsin teacher certification and licensing. As a consultant and college professor she managed numerous federal grants that trained over 1,000 educators. Anne holds degrees in Education and Business Administration.  She is an Aspen Institute Sector Fellow and a Wisconsin Master Gardener.

Richard "Buck" Rhyme is a senior partner with Rodgers Rhyme Associates. Prior to joining Rodgers Rhyme Associates, Buck was the CEO for CAP Inc., a human services agency. Recognized by Corporate Report Wisconsin as a Star Stream leader in 1999 for his leadership skills, Buck used strategic planning, market research, and investments in technology as the key drivers to grow agency revenues by over 1200% during his 17-year tenure. Recognized as a great place to work, Buck used an annual climate survey to help build an atmosphere of teamwork as well as develop agency-wide community goals. His success, inside and outside the organization, led CAP to develop a reputation for innovation, cultural competence and service excellence. 

Buck also has been a senior examiner for the Forward Award for Performance Excellence and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at UW Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program.
